Senior Manager, Investor Relations and Strategic Finance is a delivery-focused opportunity based in Bengaluru, India.

This role will work closely with Investor Relations and finance leaders in the United States to strengthen the team’s financial analysis, modeling, competitive intelligence, investor analysis, and strategic-project execution. The successful candidate will become an integrated member of the global Investor Relations team—not simply a support resource—bringing independent judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a strong ability to turn complex information into clear, decision-useful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• This role will work closely with Investor Relations and finance leaders in the United States to strengthen the team’s financial analysis, modeling, competitive intelligence, investor analysis, and strategic-project execution
• The successful candidate will become an integrated member of the global Investor Relations team—not simply a support resource—bringing independent judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a strong ability to turn complex information into clear, decision-useful insights
• Own core deliverables associated with the Manager, Investor Relations and Strategic Finance role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
• Bring structure, follow-through, and clarity to ambiguous or evolving workstreams.
