Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor production cloud environments and infrastructure.
• Maintain high availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle Cloud services.
• Handle customer incident tickets and operational support requests.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and outages.
• Escalate complex technical issues to development and engineering teams.
• Deploy software updates to test and production systems.
• Support system testing activities in production and test environments.
• Perform infrastructure troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Assist with service capacity planning and demand forecasting.
• Conduct software performance analysis and system tuning.
• Follow Oracle operational standards and best practices for distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational stability.
