Oracle is seeking an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic technology products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end development and implementation processes for core company products across multidisciplinary teams.
• Plan and establish comprehensive project schedules, tracking milestones from inception through final delivery.
• Oversee program budget allocation, monitor expenditure, and ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Drive interdepartmental coordination to maintain high standards of delivery quality within project timelines.
• Supervise systems analysis and engineering teams, offering technical guidance and strategic direction.
• Define clear project scope, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational and technical delivery risks proactively.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among product, engineering, and quality assurance stakeholders.
• Streamline operational workflows and drive continuous improvements across agile delivery processes.
• Deliver regular status reports, roadmaps, and progress briefings to senior leadership.
