Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical support and system reliability engineering for enterprise customers.
• Investigate, isolate, and debug complex multi-layered system and infrastructure issues.
• Analyze system performance, core dumps, and network traces to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with core engineering and development teams to implement long-term fixes.
• Maintain high availability, resilience, and reliability across hybrid cloud environments.
• Author scripts and automation workflows using Python or Bash to optimize troubleshooting.
• Document detailed root cause analyses (RCA) and technical knowledge base articles.
• Assist in proactive monitoring, alerting, and telemetry improvements across deployments.
• Participate in on-call rotation schedules to handle critical customer escalations.
• Validate bug fixes and verify system upgrades in lab and production environments.
