Newton School of Technology is hiring an SDE + Associate Instructor for Full Stack Development to combine active software engineering with teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive technical lectures, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions on Full Stack Development.
• Teach core computer science concepts, including Data Structures, Algorithms, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Design, develop, and update hands-on coding assignments, quizzes, and capstone project curriculums.
• Review student code submissions, providing actionable feedback on quality, logic, and architecture.
• Build internal engineering tools, platforms, and automated assessment systems for the learning ecosystem.
• Mentor students one-on-one to track academic progress and resolve technical roadblocks.
• Host mock technical interviews and code walkthroughs to prepare students for top tech roles.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in full stack development to keep the learning material updated.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to optimize learning outcomes and student placement success.
• Manage batch performance analytics and report on learning milestones regularly.
