Netlarx is seeking an experienced Business Operations Head to oversee cross-functional processes, drive operational excellence, and scale organizational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor operational strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Lead and mentor operational teams to ensure productivity, accountability, and high performance.
• Analyze core business processes to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize operational efficiency.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to evaluate execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast operational budgets and manage resource allocation.
• Drive cross-departmental coordination between sales, delivery, marketing, and support functions.
• Standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance across all units.
• Evaluate and implement operational tools and technologies to automate routine workflows.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiation, and service level agreement compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present strategic insights to executive management.
• Manage risk mitigation plans and ensure continuity across all operational domains.
