Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales and marketing strategies to acquire new business customers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue business leads through field visits and digital channels.
• Engage prospective clients to assess operational needs and present service offerings.
• Coordinate with marketing colleagues to distribute product literature and promotional material.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and commercial pitches to prospective clients.
• Follow up regularly with inbound inquiries and active prospects to accelerate sales cycles.
• Manage client accounts by addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Compile and analyze competitor pricing and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and sales proposals for prospective buyers.
• Maintain structured daily call logs, client records, and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client onboarding.
