Morningstar DBRS is a global credit ratings business with about 800 employees in eight offices globally. The Global Structured Finance Shared Services team is looking for a candidate who will assist with all tasks related to setting up rating committees, quality control, and providing status reports.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate rating committee setups and manage documentation.
• Conduct quality control checks on data submissions.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders on ongoing projects.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Support the team in multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
