Job Description (JD) – Operations Coordinator NU business

Business: Offline Distribution – TV / Consumer Electronics

Experience: 2–4 Years

Reporting To: Business Head

Role Objective

Ensure seamless coordination across sales, finance, logistics, and distributors for efficient order processing, financial reconciliation, MIS reporting, and operational support to drive smooth business execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management & Coordination

• Coordinate with distributors, logistics, and finance teams for end-to-end order processing
• Track invoicing, dispatch, and delivery status
• Ensure timely communication of order updates to distributors and sales teams

2. Financial Reconciliation

• Manage distributor reconciliation related to:
• Payments
• Credit Notes (CN)
• Debit Notes (DN)
• Outstanding balances
• Coordinate with finance team for issue resolution and account closure

3. MIS & Reporting

• Publish accurate and timely MIS reports on:
• Primary sales
• Secondary sales
• Sell-out performance
• Sales team productivity
• Maintain and manage business data and reporting dashboards

4. Sales & Distributor Coordination

• Coordinate with ASMs for:
• Distributor stock reports
• Retailer stock reports
• Sales performance tracking
• Scheme payout calculations

5. Operational Support

• Support smooth execution of trade schemes and operational processes
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending actions across teams
• Maintain high data accuracy and process discipline

6. Productivity & Process Improvement

• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and basic AI productivity tools to improve reporting efficiency and business coordination
• Support automation and process streamlining initiatives wherever possible

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, sales coordination, MIS, or commercial operations
• Strong proficiency in:
• Microsoft Excel
• PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of AI tools for productivity and reporting efficiency
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
