Project Management:

• Manage national or international projects, subprojects, including the technical coordination of diverse teams and mentoring junior consultants.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on end-to-end project management, from scoping and requirements through implementation.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Build strong collaboration with internal and external contacts at management levels.

• Act as a technical owner of the IT/SAP solutions in the area/areas of responsibility.

• Coordinate with offshore liaison officers and vendors during project execution.

Technical Ownership:

• Act as a technical owner of the IT/SAP solutions in the area/areas of responsibility.

Project Delivery Process:

• Establish a working atmosphere that supports collaboration and information sharing as part of the project delivery process.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of work.

Stakeholder Management:

• Work proactively with customers and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 4 full life cycle SAP projects.

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in leading IT projects with specific experience and knowledge of SAP.

• Outstanding knowledge of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

• University degree in the field of business administration, business informatics, computer science, or comparable.

• Good project management skills, knowledge, and experience with new technology projects (PMP PMI certificate is considered an advantage).

• Demonstrable ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
