Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to US Regulatory Reporting.
- Collaborate with regulatory reporting, finance, risk, and technology teams to define reporting architectures.
- Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Axiom and regulatory reporting platforms.
- Analyze regulatory changes and assess business impacts across systems, data flows, and reporting processes.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Design detailed process flows, source-to-target data mapping documents, and report logic.
- Perform gap analysis between current and target state reporting processes and systems.
- Work with data engineering teams to define sourcing, transformation, reconciliation, and data quality rules.
- Participate in end-to-end data reconciliation and reporting validation cycles.
- Coordinate with compliance and audit stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strict regulatory standards.
