Project Description:

• Project team responsible for delivering HR solutions for CIB across AMER, EMEA and APAC, including development and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage HR processes including onboarding, employee data maintenance, and documentation.
• Ensure connectivity within various internal and external HR platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Document functional specifications, BRD, FSD, processes, acceptance criteria, and use case diagrams.
• Engage with HR stakeholders to understand business problems and strategies.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide impact assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements using Agile framework and Jira.
• Facilitate workshops to ensure alignment with HR vision.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing and training.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
• Assist in the integration of new HR technologies.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR systems.
