KHS Innovation & Engineering LLP is looking for an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day business operations and ensure process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operational activities across office and project workflows.
• Develop, implement, and standardise operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor operational KPIs, track performance metrics, and prepare executive reports.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with finance, HR, sales, and supply chain teams.
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocations, and vendor contracts.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support senior leadership with operational planning, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Ensure full compliance with industry standards, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Supervise office administrative functions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Mentor operational staff and foster a culture of accountability and productivity.
