• You will build models, track performance, and deliver the analysis that helps leadership allocate resources and navigate growth with clarity.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analyses- Support FP&A cycles including annual planning and rolling forecast processes- Analyze business performance metrics and identify trends requiring attention- Collaborate with business teams to gather inputs and validate financial assumptions- Assist in investor reporting, board materials, and ad hoc financial analysisRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets- Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting- Proficiency with financial systems and BI tools for reporting- Solid understanding of financial statements P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large, complex datasets- Clear communication skills for presenting financial findings to non-finance stakeholdersEqual Opportunity Employer:Joveo is an equal opportunity employer
• Own day-to-day Financial Analyst (Remote) workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, commerce, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work through ambiguity and operational bottlenecks.
