Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager and Senior Analysts with operational financial analysis.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance reports.
• Monitor and analyze labor productivity metrics and departmental operating costs.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service line metrics.
• Generate statistical and proforma financial models for business evaluation.
• Maintain financial data integrity and configure analytics software modules.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to gather operational data.
• Perform capitation analytics and evaluate reimbursement performance.
• Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, and decision-support summaries.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives across facilities.
