Customer Support Specialist · Pune

We are hiring International Voice Process Executives / Customer Support Executives for our Pune location. Candidates with experience in International BPO, International Voice Process, Customer Service, Call Center, Telecalling, or Domestic Voice Process are encouraged to apply. The selected candidates will handle customer calls for US, UK, and Australia-based customers and provide professional customer support while maintaining excellent communication and service standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in an international voice process.
• Communicate professionally with customers from the US, UK, and Australia.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and update information accurately.
• Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.      

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process, OR Minimum 1 year of experience in a Domestic Voice Process.
• 12th Pass candidates can apply. Graduates and experienced candidates are also welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in US / UK / Australia shifts.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Pune location.
• Freshers may not be eligible due to the experience requirement. Salary & Benefits
