Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth of progressive cavity pumps across assigned regions.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify market opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products.
• Provide training and support to sales team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
