Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.
• Implement and monitor quality standards in compliance with ISO/TS quality management systems.
• Utilize 7 QC tools to identify, analyze, and resolve shop floor quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for defects.
• Verify test bench results, instrumentation readings, and calibration of measuring tools.
• Maintain detailed daily quality reports, rejection logs, and non-conformance records.
• Support customer audits and internal process and product quality audits.
• Collaborate with production and assembly teams to reduce scrap and rework rates.
• Participate in PPAP documentation and line quality validation for new instrument parts.
• Enforce 5S methodology and safety protocols across inspection and testing areas.
• Verify packaging and label specifications prior to dispatch of finished goods.
