The Associate Finance role will support the Operations Finance Planning & Analysis team in various responsibilities.

• Ensure day-to-day reporting and forecasting is handled properly according to internal guidelines and accounting principles.
• Support the monthly close process, completing management/project reports and variance analysis.
• Gather and analyze data to understand and communicate cost variance drivers.
• Present results and recommendations to Senior Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and ethical business practices.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance team.
