Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive internal audits across various business operations and technological workflows.
• Evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of internal control systems and risk management frameworks.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, control deficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Perform fieldwork, test transactions, and analyze audit data to detect potential anomalies or compliance deviations.
• Prepare structured, concise internal audit reports outlining observations, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional department heads to remediate audit findings and track remediation status.
• Assess adherence to regulatory guidelines prescribed by SEBI, RBI, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Conduct special reviews, fraud investigations, and ad-hoc risk assessments as directed by leadership.
• Facilitate the implementation of automated audit procedures and data analytics routines.
• Maintain thorough documentation and audit working papers adhering to professional internal auditing standards.
• Collaborate with statutory auditors, external consultants, and regulatory inspectors during periodic reviews.
