Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, Finance) and external partners to ensure mutual understanding of processes and applications.

Requirement Gathering & Solution Design:

• Lead requirements elicitation and translate business needs into system solutions.

Customer Journey Mapping:

• Define and document end-to-end customer journeys to enhance user experience.

Project Coordination:

• Work closely with development teams on project planning, sprint execution, and timely deliveries.

Sprint Planning:

• Collaborate with Product Managers for weekly sprint planning and prioritization.

Process Ownership:

• Understand business priorities and drive alignment between business processes and development efforts.

Experience & Skills Required

Work Experience:

• 6 to 10 years in business analysis, preferably within insurance domain

Technology Known:

• SQL

• API Integration

• Basic understanding of Java, microservices, and web services

Domain Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of general insurance products especially in property and casualty insurance 

• Expertise in at least one insurance process (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims)

Behavioral Traits:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field.
