Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners and candidates through outbound calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Explain curriculum details, training outcomes, and career benefits to interested candidates.
• Address candidate queries regarding course schedules, certification validity, and fee structures.
• Qualify prospective leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
• Guide candidates through the enrolment, registration, and payment procedures.
• Maintain structured daily call logs and pipeline updates inside the internal CRM system.
• Follow up proactively with unconverted leads to maximize course enrolment rates.
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to stay updated on new training offerings.
• Collect candidate feedback to help optimize future sales pitches and marketing messaging.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas for program enrolments and revenue targets.
• Assist in organizing and promoting informational webinars and demo training sessions.
