FlexBoard is hiring a Part-Time Remote Tutor Center Operations Manager to oversee educational operations, support tutoring staff, and manage student learning plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tutoring center operations during operational hours.
• Ensure students receive quality instruction and maintain high learning engagement.
• Foster strong relationships with parents through proactive communication and progress updates.
• Train, mentor, and support math tutors to ensure effective lesson delivery.
• Design, track, and manage individualized education plans for enrolled students.
• Assist the Center Director with administrative, scheduling, and operational tasks.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries, parent inquiries, and student enrollment meetings.
• Monitor center attendance, student progress reports, and learning milestones.
• Organize and facilitate occasional center events and orientation sessions.
• Maintain operational standards, documentation, and center scheduling workflows.
