Lead end-to-end customer operations and supply chain coordination for strategic national beverage accounts across retail chains, entertainment venues, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and own end-to-end operational plans that enhance beverage delivery and equipment services.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between sales teams, internal functional units, and national accounts.
• Oversee equipment delivery, installation, and ongoing maintenance workflows for key customer locations.
• Track and improve customer fulfillment metrics, order accuracy, and service-level agreement compliance.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
• Develop standardized operating procedures for onboarding new national account locations.
• Analyze customer operational data to identify trends, cost-saving initiatives, and efficiency gains.
• Conduct regular operational reviews with strategic customer leadership teams.
• Manage cross-functional escalations regarding product availability, delivery delays, and service issues.
• Drive continuous process improvements across customer service delivery and operational execution.
