Senior Civil Engineer - Data C · All India

FlexBoard is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with specialized expertise in data center infrastructure design and civil site development to lead complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil design and engineering documentation for large-scale data center facility projects.
• Serve as project manager and technical lead across multiple concurrent design phases.
• Prepare comprehensive planning packages, site layouts, grading, and drainage designs using Civil 3D.
• Execute complex civil and structural calculations to support facility foundation and infrastructure requirements.
• Establish, enforce, and maintain project engineering standards and quality control protocols.
• Serve as technical advisor on civil engineering feasibility, zoning, and site constraint challenges.
• Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, structural, and architectural engineers.
• Liaise directly with client representatives, technical consultants, and municipal authorities.
• Conduct on-site inspections, monitor construction progress, and review contractor submittals.
• Perform constructability and value-engineering reviews to optimize project costs and schedules.
• Ensure all civil designs comply with environmental guidelines, safety codes, and industry regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project resource allocation and milestone tracking.
