  • Engage with potential candidates and screen for alignment, availability, and interest level Provide a world-class recruiting experience to each candidate regardless of outcome Employ creative sourcing strategies and proactively build a pipeline of diverse talent Manage candidate funnel and determine quality activity needed at the top of the funnelto exceed hiring metrics Ensure candidates move through the interview pipeline in a timely manner, following upwith hiring managers when necessary Schedule Interviews Qualifications and Skills: 5-7 years of relevant recruiting experience Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive decisions and strategy Prior experience sourcing talent at a start-up or agency with a preference for technical sourcing experience Experience with supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion through the recruiting process Demonstrated the ability to build strong working relationships, including collaborating with leaders, taking new requireme
  • Own core deliverables associated with the Recruiter role and execute them with strong accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
  • Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
  • Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
  • Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
  • Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
  • Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
