• In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Manage monthly reporting process, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Responsible for monthly financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines.Analysis & Review of SG&A cost centres and provide explanation for the deviationsWork on audit requests (Statutory / tax / Internal audit) and provide timely support.Support in monthly Forecasting, Mid-Year Review and Annual BudgetsAnalysis & Review of monthly Financials before TB load in HFM & post HFM uploadManage local business partner commission accruals and paymentAnalysis & replies to Queries from Site controllers/WA/BU Finance operations.Responsible for reviewing & presenting Balance sheet schedules & clearing of aged itemsWorking on Various MIS Reports for finance stakeholder mainly management decks.Site level profitability analysisCash flow preparation on monthly/ quarterly basis & update to Site ControllersReview & Analysis of Site Headcount and ensure correct reporting of Cost centresDeveloping Power BI Dashboards and Driving Automation and standardisation for various processWho You Are:You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals
• Own day-to-day Financial Analyst(Data Analyst) workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, commerce, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work through ambiguity and operational bottlenecks.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working across data, process, and execution details to improve throughput.
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to balance process discipline with fast-moving business needs.
