Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for registered sellers to troubleshoot operational, technical, and account issues.
• Handle incoming support tickets, emails, and calls regarding catalog management, orders, and payments.
• Investigate order fulfillment delays, returns, and dispute escalations to ensure swift resolution.
• Guide new sellers through onboarding, product listing guidelines, and compliance policies.
• Maintain high first-contact resolution rates while adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Document common merchant pain points and report recurring system defects to product and ops teams.
• Update and maintain accurate seller records and case logs within internal CRM software.
• Liaise with logistics partners and warehouse teams to resolve shipping and delivery discrepancies.
• Educate sellers on platform tools, promotional campaigns, and seller dashboard functionalities.
• Follow up with sellers to confirm satisfactory resolution of their queries and collect feedback.
