DXC Technology is hiring an Information Security Manager to direct security governance, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks within the global Security, Risk, and Compliance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct information security programs, risk mitigation frameworks, and security governance across enterprise operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise information security policies, procedures, and baseline standards.
• Ensure continuous alignment and compliance with global regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and GDPR.
• Conduct regular comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments, compliance reviews, and threat assessments across business units.
• Coordinate incident response protocols, managing investigation, containment, and root cause analysis for security incidents.
• Partner with IT engineering and systems architecture teams to embed robust security controls across infrastructure and applications.
• Oversee third-party risk management and perform security evaluations of vendors and technology partners.
• Manage internal and external security audits, driving timely remediation of audit findings and control deficiencies.
• Define and track key security performance indicators, risk metrics, and compliance dashboards for executive leadership.
• Design and oversee organizational security awareness programs to enforce security best practices across global teams.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threat vectors and proactively implement strategic defensive countermeasures.
