Senior Product Manager - Remote or Hybrid Working is a delivery-focused opportunity based in Mumbai City, India.

Our modern SaaS platform enables insurers to run agile, cloud-based operations and deliver better customer experiences. You will own the product strategy for a set of Platform Services domains-including eventing, data movement, notifications, and the developer platform-and serve as deputy for the broader Platform Services strategic layer, including market analysis, customer QBRs, cross-product planning, and launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Our modern SaaS platform enables insurers to run agile, cloud-based operations and deliver better customer experiences
• You will own the product strategy for a set of Platform Services domains-including eventing, data movement, notifications, and the developer platform-and serve as deputy for the broader Platform Services strategic layer, including market analysis, customer QBRs, cross-product planning, and launch readiness
• Day-to-day backlog execution is owned by dedicated product owners aligned to each domain this role sets direction, evaluates market and competitive context, and represents Platform Services in executive and customer-facing conversations
• Own core deliverables associated with the Product Manager - Remote or Hybrid Working role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
