Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive / HR Generalist for our manufacturing unit in Faridabad. The candidate should have hands-on experience in basic HR operations, attendance management, recruitment coordination, and employee handling within a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR and admin operations at factory level.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment for factory and staff positions.
• Maintain employee files and joining formalities.
• Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Coordinate with payroll team for attendance and salary inputs.
• Maintain discipline and employee grievance handling.
• Support statutory compliance and HR records maintenance.
• Coordinate with factory departments for manpower requirements.
• Handle exit formalities and full & final coordination.
