Key Responsibilities

• Act as a catalyst for the development team by implementing and maintaining agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Understand corporate legal business processes and user personas to establish and execute the product vision.
• Author detailed business requirements and functional specifications via user stories adhering to the INVEST principle.
• Prepare wireframes, UI mockups, and UML diagrams to communicate business requirements effectively.
• Lead release and sprint planning sessions, prioritize product backlogs, and drive requirement estimations.
• Conduct structured requirement walkthrough sessions with quality assurance engineers and developers.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop functional test cases, validate test execution, and run sanity checks.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and coordinate sign-offs prior to production releases.
• Triage, log, and monitor post-release defects with actionable specifications to resolve issues promptly.
• Perform basic data analysis using SQL and reporting tools to support legal tech operational decisions.
