Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of software applications.
• Collaborate with product management to define project scope and requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure code quality through best practices and testing.
• Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Document technical specifications and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
