Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in insurance claims processing and operations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business pain points and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
• Provide domain expertise across the claims lifecycle, including first notice of loss (FNOL), adjudication, settlement, and subrogation.
• Support technology teams in designing, configuring, and testing enterprise claims management platforms.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing client claim systems and target operating models.
• Define business architecture, workflows, and process improvement recommendations for insurance clients.
• Lead workshops, client walkthroughs, and functional validation sessions.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution design, and proposal writing for insurance practice bids.
• Mentor engineering and testing teams to ensure deep functional alignment with insurance business logic.
• Stay abreast of insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging digital claims technologies.
