Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in Agile practices and principles.
• Remove impediments to the team's progress.
• Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies.
• Support the development team in delivering high-quality products.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster a collaborative environment.
• Track and report on project progress and metrics.
