Carbon Minus is hiring a Back-end Python Developer for its Enerlly tech team in Pune to build and maintain scalable software products and IoT device infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Write effective, clean, and scalable Python code
• Develop backend components using Django to enhance application responsiveness and speed
• Build and manage IoT device infrastructure and telemetry pipelines
• Design and maintain relational database schemas using PostgreSQL
• Work with ORM tools to handle complex data queries efficiently
• Integrate front-end user-facing elements with backend server-side logic
• Containerize services using Docker to support smooth CI/CD workflows
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and GitLab
• Monitor application performance and errors using tools like New Relic and Sentry
• Debug and resolve production defects and bottlenecks
• Collaborate with UI and product engineers to implement new business requirements
• Maintain code quality and adherence to architecture standards
