Can Image Media Tech is hiring a seasoned Factory Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations at Vasai and oversee subsequent plant expansion in Silvassa.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily factory and production operations across all manufacturing units
• Drive comprehensive production planning, machine capacity utilization, and timely dispatch
• Supervise a workforce of 200+ employees, managing manpower allocation, safety, and training
• Optimize allocation and consumption of raw materials, packaging, inventory, and utilities
• Maintain stringent quality assurance standards to minimize product rejections and rework
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize production machine downtime
• Control manufacturing expenses and implement systematic operational cost-reduction programs
• Enforce compliance with the Factories Act, Pollution Control Board norms, and ISO/GMP guidelines
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational automation, and productivity enhancements
• Manage accurate operational MIS reporting directly for the Promoter and Managing Director
• Coordinate seamlessly across Production, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, Quality, and HR
