Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
• Create engaging multimedia content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn including reels and stories.
• Manage social media pages, schedule regular posts, and actively engage with community comments and messages.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to fulfill marketing visual requirements.
• Set up, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google to drive qualified leads.
• Track day-to-day digital analytics and generate detailed performance reports for management review.
• Manage website updates, maintain product listings, and optimize content for search engines (SEO).
• Assist in building marketing strategies to generate franchise inquiries and drive product promotion.
• Execute targeted email marketing and WhatsApp messaging campaigns for active lead nurturing.
• Maintain brand consistency and monitor online reputation across all digital platforms.
