Brillio is looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Lead specializing in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to drive enterprise-grade digital commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions.
• Design and implement customized e-commerce storefronts using Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).
• Implement and optimize Einstein for Commerce capabilities for personalized search and product recommendations.
• Architect and integrate Salesforce Order Management (SOM) workflows and inventory management.
• Design custom components and business logic integrating with Salesforce CPQ and third-party systems.
• Oversee code quality, review pull requests, and enforce established development standards across the engineering team.
• Perform third-party cartridge integrations including payment gateways, tax services, and CRM platforms.
• Optimize storefront performance, page load times, and API integration efficiency.
• Guide technical team members, mentor developers, and resolve complex architectural blockers.
• Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and client stakeholders to refine business requirements.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, release management protocols, and deployment strategies for commerce releases.
