Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital and enterprise IT projects following Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures using MS Project.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Track project health, milestones, and deliverable quality against established scope and baseline timelines.
• Manage resource allocation, project staffing, and team productivity across distributed offshore and onsite teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and critical-path blockers proactively.
• Manage project financials, tracking burn rates, budget utilization, and resource profitability.
• Serve as the primary liaison for client stakeholders to communicate project progress and status reports.
• Enforce standard project management processes, operational governance, and delivery best practices.
• Collaborate with technical architects and product owners to ensure delivery alignment with client objectives.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and formalize continuous improvements for operational excellence.
