SAP SD Business Analyst (Q2C) – Conga CPQ | MedTech | Remote We are supporting a global MedTech client on a large-scale S/4HANA programme and are looking for an experienced SAP SD Business Analyst with strong Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) expertise and exposure to Conga CPQ . This is a long-term freelance contract , fully remote, working within a global delivery environment.

• SAP SD Business Analyst (Q2C) – Conga CPQ | MedTech | Remote We are supporting a global MedTech client on a large-scale S/4HANA programme and are looking for an experienced SAP SD Business Analyst with strong Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) expertise and exposure to Conga CPQ
• This is a long-term freelance contract , fully remote, working within a global delivery environment
• Key Responsibilities Act as a Business Analyst across the end-to-end Q2C process , with a focus on quote-to-order integration between Conga CPQ and SAP S/4HANA Gather and translate business requirements from sales, pricing, finance, and IT stakeholders into functional specifications Support the design of Conga CPQ → SAP SD integration flows , including quote conversion and order creation Define and document data mappings between CPQ and SAP (products, pricing, customers, contracts) Work closely with technical teams on web services / API-based integrations Ensure alignment between CPQ pricing logic and SAP SD pricing procedures Support end-to-end testing (quote → order → billing), including UAT coordination
• Own day-to-day SAP SD Business Analyst (Q2C) workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, commerce, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work through ambiguity and operational bottlenecks.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working across data, process, and execution details to improve throughput.
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
