Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate detailed project proposals, construction schedules, and budget estimates.
• Create technical drawings and design specifications using AutoCAD and civil engineering software.
• Conduct on-site inspections to oversee construction progress and maintain structural safety compliance.
• Ensure all materials, workmanship, and construction practices adhere strictly to quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, structural consultants, and field personnel.
• Perform quantity surveying, material estimation, and verify contractor billing against site progress.
• Identify and resolve on-site engineering challenges, structural issues, and project delays promptly.
• Monitor site safety protocols, enforcing statutory building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports, milestone updates, and documentation for client stakeholders.
• Coordinate structural tests, soil investigations, and material quality assurance procedures.
