AURA FLORAL is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executive to connect with customers, promote floral products and arrangements, and drive retail and corporate sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective retail and corporate clients to expand the customer base.
• Engage with walk-in and online leads to understand their floral and gifting requirements.
• Pitch customized floral arrangements, subscription packages, and event decor solutions.
• Manage customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Conduct follow-ups on active inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain records of sales calls, inquiries, and customer feedback in the tracking system.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, local marketing events, and seasonal drives.
• Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences.
