Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and contractors to align site activities with project timelines.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify workmanship, material quality, and adherence to safety norms.
• Identify on-site discrepancies or structural issues promptly and coordinate technical solutions.
• Supervise sub-contractors, vendors, and labor to maintain construction schedules and quality benchmarks.
• Verify material deliveries, perform quality checks, and track inventory on-site.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and occupational safety regulations on the project site.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, labor attendance logs, and milestone updates to management.
• Assist in recording measurements, checking contractor bills, and maintaining site records.
• Facilitate smooth handovers and final site inspections upon project milestone completion.
• Coordinate testing and validation of civil installations according to architectural standards.
