ASCLOUDSECURE is hiring an IT Help Desk Executive in Chennai to deliver technical support and maintain seamless IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external IT support requests.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve technical issues using ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking problems across workstations.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, desktop applications, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets using Active Directory.
• Provide prompt remote and in-person assistance for technical escalations.
• Perform routine system maintenance, patches, and security software updates.
• Assist in maintaining hardware inventory, asset tracking, and software licenses.
• Diagnose connectivity issues involving LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printing services.
• Create basic troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedure documentation.
• Escalate unresolved complex issues to Tier-2/Tier-3 support and follow up until resolved.
