ARGO is looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to gain practical exposure in business intelligence, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making across modern enterprise analytics workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured business datasets and perform data transformations using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Identify operational trends, performance anomalies, and key patterns to generate actionable business insights.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional business requirements from project stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reporting packages and analytical summaries to guide management decisions.
• Assist in mapping and evaluating existing business processes for efficiency improvements.
• Validate data integrity, consistency, and report accuracy across reporting pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to interpret analytical findings and business requirements.
• Support the establishment of standard reporting KPIs and metrics across business functions.
• Perform ad-hoc analytical queries to support urgent business problem solving.
• Maintain clear documentation for reporting methodologies, metrics definitions, and data models.
