Civil Construction Manager / S · Bengaluru

Ani Integrated Services Ltd. is seeking experienced Civil Managers and Senior Engineers to supervise and manage on-site civil construction activities across project sites, ensuring adherence to safety norms, technical drawings, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities in accordance with approved technical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Oversee execution of core civil works including excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing.
• Review engineering drawings and structural designs proactively to identify discrepancies or constructability issues prior to execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, surveyors, and field operators to ensure smooth and uninterrupted site operations.
• Track daily and weekly physical progress against planned milestones, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective action plans.
• Optimize the deployment and utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and plant equipment on site.
• Work closely with the central project planning team to align resource allocation with master project timelines.
• Verify quantities, take site measurements, and validate contractor work completion for accurate billing and certification.
• Maintain comprehensive site records, daily progress reports (DPRs), material reconciliation sheets, and quality documentation.
• Enforce stringent site safety standards, environmental protocols, and quality control procedures across all work packages.
• Coordinate with clients, structural consultants, vendors, and internal safety teams to resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.
• Manage handover inspections and snag list rectifications to ensure smooth commissioning and project delivery.
