Role Overview:

We need a smart, organised, and sharp HR Manager who can support the COO in daily operations and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HR SOPs and processes.
• Set up HR systems, policies, and workflows.
• Strengthen HR governance and compliance.
• Design and roll out Performance Management System (PMS).
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure fair HR practices and statutory compliance.
• Supervise and guide the HR team.
• Drive implementation of HR initiatives.
• Maintain structured and disciplined HR operations.
