AHS Corporate Services is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and revenue targets within the construction equipment and scaffolding sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and project managers.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract closure.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends.
• Prepare commercial proposals, official quotations, and negotiate contractual terms.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor client payment schedules, outstanding collections, and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Ensure equipment offerings align with industry scaffolding and construction safety standards.
• Generate and deliver regular sales performance reports and pipeline forecasts to leadership.
• Nurture long-term customer partnerships to drive repeat orders and high-value referrals.
