Responsibilities:

• Build and operate Agoda’s high-performance analytics platform.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Product teams.
• Deliver governed and reliable analytical data services.
• Manage distributed systems in production.
• Ensure strong engineering ownership including SLOs and observability.
• Lead incident response efforts.
• Contribute to open source projects.
• Drive cost-efficient analytical solutions.
• Support product decision-making at scale.
• Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation.
